Stop using the cloak, and find Vanessa again.

"I'm pretty much set."

[DraconicDescendant]

"Well, that's great. I don't think Drake has any urgent business with anyone right now, but he might think of something if you ask him," says Vanessa. "But that's only if you feel like utilizing this now."

[Velocity]

"I've got little else to do right now."

Go find Drake.

[DraconicDescendant]

You have to look around the base for a while, but you find Drake sitting in a private lounge by himself. It's got sofas, chairs, tables, phonographs, a bar that doesn't appear to be stocked with drinks, a nifty pinball machine, an old-fashioned fortune-telling machine, and a slot machine.

"...Was squeezing yourself into that behemoth easy?" Drake asks without turning in his seat.

[Velocity]

"Took a while to figure out, but I'm ready to try something practical with it. If you want anybody captured, this thing's more than capable."

[DraconicDescendant]

"Alright...are you up for handling a solo mission? It doesn't matter too much if you fail, because this guy isn't high profile," says Drake, as he turns around.

[Velocity]

"I'm ready."

[DraconicDescendant]

"Alright. There's a bar on Lavender Street known as the Patient Peacock. It's a rather crude name for a bar, but that's not the point. The thing is, a man named Hal Montgomery goes there regularly. Here's a picture to identify him," says Drake, handing you a photograph of a man in his thirties, with a yellow beard and a shaved head. "You needn't know anything else. Bring him back here unconscious."

[Velocity]

Put the photo in my pocket, and leave the base.

"I'll be right on it."

[DraconicDescendant]

"Yeah, just don't stress it," says Drake as you exit.

You walk up to the surface, and navigate through the city to Lavender Street. You come across the bar in question soon enough, lit up with a sign out front. It doesn't look too populated inside, but the diner you use as a base doesn't look too populated either. You're not exactly sure how much resistance you'll be up against if you're discovered.

Walk past the bar normally, glancing slightly through the windows, and seeing if he's there.

You can see a few men in the bar, but you don't have a confirmed visual from here, despite your enhanced vision. You may need to infiltrate the bar...

Look around the bar for every possible way in.

You realize several options. The front door is perfectly reasonable as a point of entry, but everybody would notice. You know that there's the service entrance around back, but you can't be sure if you can get through there unnoticed. You might try climbing up on the roof in order to crawl in through an air duct or something, but you doubt the ducts would support your weight.

[Velocity]

Sneak into the service entrance, keeping a careful eye out for staff.
