You concentrate for a while, achieving a form to that effect, but you highly feel that this form is too cluttered, to convoluted, not efficient for these powers you can use. You could manage more by utilizing less of these features.

"People are watching us! We need to get the fuck out of here!" says Justin, sprinting off.

You and Belle follow, running through alleyways, and into the same route that Justin took to escape you. You come to rest in the tunnel, Justin panting.

"The shitstorm is really going to start now," he says.

[Velocity]

Turn into Mark and create some clothes, giving Justin a reassuring pat on the back with a tentacle, since it's more efficient than using my arms.

[DraconicDescendant]

This clothing ability will be extremely useful, along with the tentacles. You pat Justin, he brushes your tentacle off, still exhausted.

"We need to hole up somewhere, then get the hell out."

[Velocity]

"How do you propose we do so? Will they be likely to block the roads?"

[DraconicDescendant]

"Alright," says Justin. "First up...I don't want to leave my friends here. I know what's coming, nobody forgot Seattle. What we need to do is find a place where we can hide while we get into contact with them, and then we get a ride out of here before the city goes on lockdown. One mutant means there's a lot more, so they'll react with severity."

[Velocity]

"What if I devour somebody who owns an apartment and a van, without leaving evidence?"

[DraconicDescendant]

"...Okay, um, whatever your name is, Mark or whoever you are. Listen, you need to learn about morality. Killing people is almost always wrong, and it isn't the solution to everything, so please, don't go off and devour somebody just for their things," says Belle.

[Velocity]

"But I was designed to kill. It's not wrong. It's like a snake eating a rat."

[DraconicDescendant]

"Well, there's a difference between a rat and a person!" says Belle.
"Belle, come on, it's just so easy, and it could save our lives!" says Justin.
"Oh, so that makes it okay? Just like how you said it would be okay to go steal from somebody just so we could get by? No! I don't want any part in this, not at all!" Belle begins walking off, angrily.
"Belle, no, please, come back!" shouts Justin after her.

[Velocity]

"This social situation confuses me. I'm unsure why she's risking her survival over this, whatever this is."

[DraconicDescendant]

"Belle! Belle!" Justin starts walking after her, but she starts running in response.

You're left confused, all by yourself.

[Velocity]

Turn into a raven again, flying after them.

[DraconicDescendant]

Justin catches up to Belle, but Belle turns her fist into metal, socking him hard enough to knock him down! He stays down, stunned at the strength of the blow. Belle keeps running, across the ditch and through the city streets, just running until she tires out. She starts walking eventually, Justin far behind.
