I'm going to have to regularly test anyone I make friends with to make sure they aren't a another Tower. Ice works, but I need to test it on myself to see how much is required for a noticeable reaction. I'm not looking forward to this.
Create a needle of ice in my fingertips, and try to prick myself with it.

You don't think the Zeta model's cold resistance applies to you, due to your own structure being extremely sensitive to extreme temperatures and corrosive elements. That being said, you slowly create the ice needle, the cold in your hands not being unpleasant. However, as soon as you let it dig underneath your membrane, you instinctively draw away from it, and send it flying across the room in the process, shattering it on the wall.

Turn into Justin, and extend my tentacles. Give them the appearance of bloody flesh, and change half a metre of the ends into bone. Remove parts of the bone, until I'm left with a sharp, fifty centimetre blade at the end of each tentacle.
