Good thing you asked that. Not at all! You can use your power to heal wounds others would die from, yes, but I've had hosts killed before. If you're shot in the head or blown to pieces you're not likely to be able to heal yourself quickly enough.
You get off to a very shaky start, but you get the hang of it fairly quickly, flying smoothly across the road below!

Hrm... I never thought about that, but it's possible. You haven't changed any of the finer details in your DNA yet, but at the rate you're going it could be possible to reduce your age in more than just appearance...
You glide through the air, looking down at the streets below, feeling almost weightless. Several people start pointing at you, followed by more getting out of their cars to look.

You're not sure you can create something so intricate in your own throat, at least not without a specific idea of what you're doing. More cars and stopping, and more people are getting out. Several people quickly reach for their phones, and start taking pictures.

The crowd gets rather large, and you conveniently fly away just as the police arrive, landing in an alleyway.
You change your appearance, and your clothes since you can do that fast enough for it to be not worth skipping. Keeping your bones hollow would be convenient if you want to fly again soon, but filling them up would probably make them less fragile.
