It's a boring night on the net, when suddenly, a few Mister Progs roll in, talking in their usual ways. But that's odd, all you can see are progs. Some look evil, some sound familiar. As if some know who each other are...hmmm... An explosion happens in (WE GOIN BY MMBN5 TIME BITCHES) where Blizzardman used to rule, showing a shadowy Mister Prog. What the fuck is going on?
Leaving behind him, is COLONEL. The progs of the area weep tears as everyone's favorite mangasm lies deleted, leaving behind nothing but a Screen Divide chip.

Ok so I never actually watched/played/remember Battle Network....who is Doctor Regal again?
Can someone explain in a nutshell what roles they think might be in this game based on it being Battle Network?
